Sullivan University System provides for the course-related computing needs of its students. Students are provided with e-mail accounts, printer and copier privileges, computer lab privileges and many other necessities for educational advancement. There are approximately 15 to 30 computers in each of the 6 computer labs.
Computer labs are available to students daily during the following hours:
Mon - Thur......... 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m.
Fri - Sat.............. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday............... noon - 5:00 p.m.
Since computer labs are also used as classrooms, the preferred times for students to use the labs are as follows:
Mon - Thur............ 2:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fri, Sat, Sun.......... some labs available all day
If it is necessary for students to use the computer lab during a class session, the student may use any computer not used by a student in the class. The scheduled class must not be disrupted. The following rules apply during class times:
It is a Class C felony in the State of Kentucky to alter computer files without authorization. At Sullivan University, the following actions are considered a Class C felony and are subject to both criminal action and instant dismissal from school:
